Service Terms

These Service Terms (the "Terms") set out the rules for accessing and using the website Neurovento and AI trading platform together, the "Service", operated by Neurovento Pty Ltd ("Neurovento", "we", "us" and "our"). By visiting or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
1. Who May Use the Service
You must be 18 or older to use the Service. By accessing it, you confirm that you satisfy this age requirement and can legally agree to these Terms. The Service is unavailable wherever applicable law prohibits its use.
2. Opening an Account
To use the Service's full functionality, you must create an account with information that is accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in details and for activity carried out through your account. If you believe someone has accessed it without permission, notify us promptly at if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, provide misleading details or participate in fraudulent or abusive conduct.
3. What the Service Does and Its Limits
Neurovento offers AI-based market analysis, trading signals and optional automated order execution through linked brokerage accounts. The Service is supplied for information and analysis only.
- Neurovento does not take custody of, hold or administer your money. Your capital stays in your own brokerage or exchange account.
- We connect with your broker through API credentials that may permit read-only access and order execution. Those credentials cannot be used to withdraw money.
- Historical performance from a strategy or signal should not be treated as an indication of future results.
- Every form of trading carries loss risk, including the possibility of losing the original capital.
4. No Personal Financial Advice
Nothing made available through the platform Neurovento is financial, investment or trading advice, or advice of any other kind. AI signals and analytics are informational only. Consider obtaining independent advice from a suitably qualified financial adviser before investing. Neurovento is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner.
5. Charges and Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription. Current charges are shown on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Prices exclude applicable taxes, which you must pay. Plans are charged in advance monthly or annually. At our discretion, new subscribers may receive a refund within 14 days of the first charge.
6. Permitted Use
You must not:
- Use the Service for an illegal purpose or contrary to an applicable law or regulation.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to obtain the platform source code.
- Deploy scripts or other automated methods to scrape, crawl or extract information from the Service.
- Resell, sublicense or use any part of the Service commercially without our prior written permission.
- Damage, interrupt or interfere with the Service, its operation or supporting infrastructure.
- Carry out market manipulation, front-running or another activity prohibited by financial regulation.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All material, software, algorithms, trade marks and confidential know-how included in or supplied through the Service belong exclusively to Neurovento or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership or other rights to you. Our trade marks and logos may not be used without written permission.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Neurovento DOES NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, ERRORS, VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL ELEMENTS.
9. Liability Limits
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Neurovento WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY LOSS, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, TRADING LOSSES OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WARNED SUCH LOSS COULD OCCUR. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Neurovento DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
10. Your Indemnity
You agree to reimburse, defend and protect Neurovento and its officers, directors, employees and agents against claims, liabilities, damages, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or connected with your use of the Service, breach of these Terms or infringement of a third party’s rights.
11. Ending the Agreement
You can close your account through its settings or by contacting . We may suspend or end access immediately following a breach of these Terms. Once access ends, your permission to use the Service stops and account information may be deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
12. Applicable Law and Resolving Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes connected with these Terms will first be referred to binding arbitration in Sydney under the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration. Users in the European Union or United Kingdom may also bring claims in their competent local courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will give at least 14 days' notice by email or through a platform banner. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
